HOLIDAYS:
• from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Excluded special terms. The arrival day the apartments are consigned from 5 pm to 8 pm. The departure day the apartments have to be consigned before 9 am.

IMPORTANT: if you are running late please call the office Vacanze Casa before 19.00.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
• completely furnished apartment, colour TV, one outdoor parking place (reserved in Marilleva 900 and residence Albarè Solaria).Ski and boots box (in Residence Albarè Solaria in a heated room).

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
• bed and bath linen to the client’s care.

• Apartments Marilleva 1400 lump sum of € 70,00/BILO- € 75.00/TRILO (obligatory) for electricity, heating and water, to be paid on arrival.
• Apartments Marilleva 900: Heating and electricity on meter, to be paid at the check out.

• cleaning cooking corner and pots and pans to the client’s care (€ 100,00 penalty if not performed)

FINAL CLEANING TO THE CLIENT’S CARE.

OPTIONAL SERVICES: (on request)
• FINAL CLEANING € 50,00 (kitchen corner and dishware not included).
• BATH and BED LINEN € 15,00 per person (kitchen linen not available).
• CRADLE € 25,00

PETS: only small pets admitted. Only on request when booking.
Extra charge € 55,00 per week.

CAUTION DEPOSIT OBLIGATORY € 150,00 per apartment, returnable after the check on departure day. Euro 200.00 in new year.
